If you cannot use the app, write to [email protected] from a contact we can match to your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm it is yours. We act on requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile, your photos, and your Friend Finder answers
• Your conversations, and the photos and videos you sent in them
• Your likes, matches, blocks and alerts
• Your comments, and the events and groups you created
• Your location and map presence
• Your coin wallet and its history — coins you have not spent are lost
• If you are an ambassador: your payout details. Commission not yet paid to you is not released, so contact [email protected] to receive your final payment before you delete your account
• Your sign-in links (LINE and any other provider)

If you have a paid plan it is cancelled at once and your customer record with our payment provider (Stripe) is deleted. Nothing more is charged.

4. What is kept, and why

• Reports. A report made by you or about you is kept, without your name — it shows as “deleted account”. A photo or video that was reported is kept with the report as evidence.
• Safety records. If the account was suspended or banned when it was deleted, the sign-in identity stays blocked so that deleting is not a way around a ban. The record of any action our staff took is kept.
• Payment records. Records of payments are kept by our payment provider and by us for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups. Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups expire. It is not restored or used.

5. Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You can remove any photo, edit or clear your profile details, hide when you were last active, and stop sharing your location, all in the app. For anything else, write to us at the address above.
