1. Our standard

CheersFriends is for adults. Nobody under 18 may have an account, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

The following are prohibited everywhere on CheersFriends — in profiles, photos, videos, messages, groups and events — in the CheersFriends app for Android and in LINE:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or computer-generated material
  • Sexualising a minor in any way, including in text
  • Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor in order to exploit them
  • Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing anyone with intimate images
  • Arranging, advertising or soliciting the sexual exploitation or trafficking of a minor
  • Asking for, offering or sharing links to any of the above

2. Nobody under 18

You must be 18 or older to use CheersFriends. An account that appears to belong to someone under 18 is suspended while we check, and removed if it does.

3. How to report

You can report from inside the app, at any time:

  • On any member's profile: Report, and choose a reason — including Appears to be under 18
  • On any photo or video you receive in a chat: Report this photo / Report this video
  • Or write to [email protected]

The person you report is never told who reported them.

4. What we do

  • Our staff are alerted when a report arrives and review it
  • We remove the content from the conversation it was sent in
  • We restrict, suspend or permanently ban the account, and block it from registering again
  • We preserve the evidence
  • We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement in Thailand, and we co-operate with their investigations

5. If a child is in danger now

Contact the police first. In Thailand: 191 (police) or 1387 (Childline Thailand, free, 24 hours).

CheersFriends เป็นบริการสำหรับผู้ใหญ่เท่านั้น ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีไม่สามารถมีบัญชีได้ และเราไม่ยอมรับการล่วงละเมิดและแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กโดยเด็ดขาด

สิ่งต่อไปนี้เป็นสิ่งต้องห้ามในทุกส่วนของ CheersFriends ทั้งในโปรไฟล์ รูปภาพ วิดีโอ ข้อความ กลุ่ม และกิจกรรม ทั้งในแอป CheersFriends สำหรับ Android และใน LINE:

  • สื่อล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) ทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงภาพวาด ภาพตัดต่อ หรือภาพที่สร้างด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์
  • การทำให้ผู้เยาว์เป็นวัตถุทางเพศไม่ว่าในลักษณะใด รวมถึงในข้อความ
  • การล่อลวง (grooming): การติดต่อหรือตีสนิทกับผู้เยาว์เพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์
  • การขู่กรรโชกทางเพศ: การข่มขู่หรือแบล็กเมลผู้ใดด้วยภาพส่วนตัว
  • การจัดหา โฆษณา หรือชักชวนให้มีการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศหรือการค้ามนุษย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เยาว์
  • การขอ เสนอ หรือแชร์ลิงก์ไปยังสิ่งใดก็ตามข้างต้น

2. ห้ามผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี

คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปจึงจะใช้ CheersFriends ได้ บัญชีที่ดูเหมือนเป็นของผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีจะถูกระงับระหว่างการตรวจสอบ และจะถูกลบหากเป็นเช่นนั้นจริง

3. วิธีรายงาน

คุณสามารถรายงานได้จากภายในแอปตลอดเวลา:

  • ในโปรไฟล์ของสมาชิกทุกคน: กดรายงาน แล้วเลือกเหตุผล รวมถึง ดูเหมือนอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี
  • ในรูปภาพหรือวิดีโอที่คุณได้รับในแชต: กดรายงานรูปภาพนี้ / รายงานวิดีโอนี้
  • หรือเขียนถึงเราที่ [email protected]

ผู้ที่ถูกรายงานจะไม่ทราบว่าใครเป็นผู้รายงาน

4. สิ่งที่เราดำเนินการ

  • เจ้าหน้าที่ของเราได้รับการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อมีรายงานและจะตรวจสอบ
  • เรานำเนื้อหาออกจากบทสนทนาที่ถูกส่งไป
  • เราจำกัด ระงับ หรือแบนบัญชีอย่างถาวร และปิดกั้นไม่ให้สมัครใหม่
  • เราเก็บรักษาหลักฐาน
  • เรารายงานสื่อล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กที่ได้รับการยืนยันต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึง National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) และหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายในประเทศไทย และให้ความร่วมมือในการสอบสวน
